The hotel had a beautiful location, surrounded by mountains and lovely grounds that children could enjoy. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good. it lacked a gym or pool for those looking for extra facilities. it was quite cold at night which made it uncomfortable. Nonetheless, the hotel did not provide anything to keep guests warm at night.

Located in a hilly area, this resort offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large bedrooms and tasty breakfast provided. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
The resort has a few drawbacks that detract from the overall experience. The bathroom sinks are oddly placed, and there are limited electrical points in strange locations.

The location is absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the mountains with stunning views of the surrounding area. I was able to easily explore the nearby Bromo mountain thanks to the transport arranged for me. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and housekeeping ensuring that all my needs were met. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with a sitting area and terrace where I could relax and take in the beautiful scenery. The hotel also provided amenities like tea and coffee facilities, an alarm clock, and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, the dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant offering special diet menus. The staff even accommodated my request for a very early breakfast. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable stay, exceeding my expectations.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had a wonderful time at Jiwa Jawa Resort, nestled in the picturesque mountain scenery. The location was perfect for our sunrise excursion to Bromo Mountain. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the atmosphere made our meals even more enjoyable. Despite the lack of in-room wifi, it was actually refreshing to disconnect and appreciate the calm and silence concept of the hotel. I highly recommend Jiwa Jawa Resort for a memorable stay in Bromo.
